Currently, China has entered the aging society, with the accelerated expansion trend ofthe aging population. The traditional family endowment cannot satisfy the diversifiedpension needs of elderly people. The tendency of Hangzhou old-aging population isbecoming more fast and most of old age is considering some pension institutions as a choiceof enjoying their lives. In recent years, with the increasing of old-aged population, Hangzhouoriginal pension institutions cannot achieve the demand of old-aging population, so we needto innovate and develop the pension model.The paper analysis the pension model can be divided into three patterns, familyendowment, non-profit endowment and institutional endowment. The paper focuses on thecommercial pension of Hangzhou. Firstly, we are going to analysis the needs of Hangzhouendowment. Next, to connect with the commercial operation case, then to sum up thedevelopment problems and suggests of commercial operation model in Hangzhou.The new commercial pension can relieve the pressure of Hangzhou pension effectively,and to provide theoretical support and reference for the future development of aged peopleservice industry.
