Strategy On Development Of Green Hotel Industry In Shenyang

Green hotels can save10%energy than other types of hotel, waste and the destruction of the ecological environment is reduced. After Shenyang to create the first "green hotel" in2007,"green hotel" has experienced a rapid development stage, and made remarkable achievements, but there are many problems. Examine ways to promote the development of Shenyang "Green Hotel" has a very important meaning for the construction of "two-oriented society" to achieve sustainable economic and social development of the area.In order to study on the status quo, existing problems, and propose to promote development strategy of "Green Hotel" industry in Shenyang, statistical analysis, literature analysis and field survey were used to analyze the "Green Hotel" industry in Shenyang.The main contents included:First, status quo, including the remarkable achievements and the existing problems of "Green Hotel" industry in Shenyang; Second, causes of the existing problems of "Green Hotel" industry; Third, experiences about developing "green hotel" industry in some areas at home and abroad; Fourth, measures to developing "green Hotel" industry in Shenyang.The results showed that there existed problems that laws and regulations were not imperfect, hotel invasive green enthusiasm was not high,"green hotel" did not adequately fulfill their social responsibilities, and local governments had not done enough to support the policy.To solve these problems, the rules and regulations of "green hotel" should be made and improved, management mechanism would be established, policies should be built to promote the development of "green hotel", and green development platform should be constructed. Those measures could help "Green Hotel" industry developed in Shenyang.The results has a certain theoretical significance for the local government to take measures to promote "green hotel" industry, but also to some extent enriched "Green Hotel" field research.
