With the continuous improvement and development of living standards, thedevelopment of the hotels industry make a huge of progress, regardless of touristaccommodation, business meeting, banquets like to change hotel as the location of theactivity or event, especially the more advantage of hardware and software Fifth-starshotel, gradually play a very advantageous position and role. We can say, the hoteltraining is the best fit point to promote the development of enterprises and improve thepersonal ability. Training can improve the work efficiency, reduce the ability andexpectation gap, enhance the hotel’s service quality, and will give the staff to enhanceself, improve their own space, so as to improve the value. Therefore, training can bringabout far-reaching significance to the fifth-stars hotels.With the rapid development of Shenyang tourism industry, especially the2013National Sports opportunity, if the hotel wants to be successful in this condition, first,we must pay attention to training and development.This paper mainly about the status of training staff of three fifth-star hotel inShenyang, points out the existing in staff training of the three Fifth-Stars Hotel, andaccording to the investigation result,it put forward a series of feasible solutions andsuggestions. Specifically, this paper has5parts. The first part is the background’sdefinition, purpose, the present situation of domestic and international five StarsHotel staff training, and draw some advanced practices and ideas of foreigncountries. The second part compares meaning and related concepts andsummarizes. The third part analyzes some three fifth-stars hotel staff training inShenyang. The fourth part from the degree of attention, time arrangement, trainingcontent, form, means, find out the problems existing in Shenyang, five Stars Hotel stafftraining problems. The fifth part of the problems, countermeasures and suggestions aregiven to the possible.This paper studies mainly on Fifth-Stars Hotel Shenyang city employees trainingstatus and problems, I hope to inspire Fifth-Stars Hotel Shenyang, training, promoting the comprehensive ability of the hotel staff, improve the whole service, so asto improve the quality of customer service, increase customersatisfaction, employee goals Fifth-Stars Hotel.
