Reform Of City Guide Management System In The Perspective Of Public Administration

The development of China's modern tourism industry is far lagging behind the developed countries,but since the beginning of its birth,it has gotten the profound political brand and has experienced from the government-led to the government-led and market-supplied management systemAs an important part of the tourism industry,the tourist hotel industry cannot do without government regulation on various aspects in its development.Under the current national reform process,taking research around the tourist hotel industry,not only has theoretical significance,but also endowed with the times significance.Since the reform and opening up,Nanjing's tourist hotel industry has gradually developed into a relatively comprehensive industrial system under the guidance of the government.This paper selected tourist hotel industry of Nanjing as the research object.This paper adopted the method of literature research and comparative analysis.Based on relevant theories of tourism hotel industry and government regulation,this paper combed the development of government regulation of the tourist hotel industry in China and summed up the representative foreign government regulation mode.And also this paper analyzed the mode and content of government regulation of the tourist hotel industry in Nanjing based on the present situation,and put forward the development Suggestions.This paper is divided into seven chapters in the structure:Chapter one is the introduction.The main contents include the background,the research objectives and basic content,literature review at home and abroad,research methods and technical route,innovation and deficiency.Chapter two is related concepts and theoretical foundation,reviewed and defined the concepts of the tourist hotel industry,government regulation and government regulation of the tourist hotel industry,introduced the market failure theory,explained the meaning and evolution of government regulation theory.Chapter three is the government regulation of China's tourist hotel industry.The main contents include the development process,the main contents of regulation and regulatory problems of the government regulation of China's tourist hotel industry.Chapter four is empirical study of government regulation of Nanjing's tourist hotel industry,analyzed the present situation of Nanjing's tourist hotel industry,including the development environment,development status,problems and their causes;and then focused on the government regulation,including government regulation process,regulation mode,the results obtained and regulatory problems.Chapter five is experiences of government regulation of tourist hotel industry abroad,elaborated the foreign three typical regulatory model,that is government-led,market-supplied and hybrid,and introduced three representative countries' experiences,that is Thailand,the United States and Japan,in order to provide reference for China,in particular Nanjing.Chapter six is optimization strategy of government regulation of Nanjing's tourist hotel industry,put forward countermeasures and suggestions for the sake of healthy and orderly development of industry based on the existing problems.It holds the opinion that the government should adhere to the oriented regulation dominant position,establish scientific and standardized and people-oriented industry standardization system and coordination the relations between industry associations and the government.Chapter seven is the conclusion,summarized and stated the important conclusions of this article.
