School-enterprise cooperation relates to the innovation activities of research, development, industrialization between schools and enterprises. It contains complex process of knowledge transfer, knowledge absorption and knowledge innovation. During the systematic, dynamic,creative process, the functions of science and technology innovation, achievements, personnel training and economic and social service have been achieved. Knowledge sharing in school-enterprise cooperation is a dynamic process of exchanging and learning potential knowledge, enriching the knowledge of organizations, promoting the recreation of knowledge and the formation of new knowledge in projects.Based on the definition of core concept, this article analyzes the dimensions of factors influencing knowledge sharing in school-enterprise cooperation and empirically studies the impact mechanism through literature analysis, theoretical analysis, empirical analysis and countermeasure research. Different culture, members with different personalities and different knowledge background, complicated partnerships and cooperation environment lead to the difficulties of knowledge sharing. From the perspective of cross-organizational learning, the factors affecting knowledge sharing of school-enterprise cooperation include cross-organizational learning environment, cross-organizational learning styles and cross-organizational learning capability. Structural equation model analysis shows cross-organizational learning environment significantly affects knowledge sharing in school-enterprise cooperation. Cross-organizational learning styles affect knowledge sharing and cross-organizational learning capabilities affect knowledge sharing as an intermediary variable. Via the influence of intermediary variable, cross-organizational learning styles and cross-organizational learning environment have an effection on knowledge sharing in school-enterprise cooperation. One innovation of this article focuses on the process of knowledge sharing, transformation, innovation and the the impact mechanism in school-enterprise cooperation. The other innovation is the development and use of cross-organizational knowledge sharing measurement tools in school-enterprise cooperation. Based on the oretical analysis and model validation, this article proposes suggestions on promoting knowledge sharing in school-enterprise cooperation:promote internal policy guidance, establish knowledge sharing mechanism, develop ways of external knowledge exchange to create a conducive learning environment for knowledge sharing in school-enterprise cooperation;create open, collaborative sharing atmosphere, establish equal, harmonious cooperation relationship, build smooth connected communication mechanism to form learning style beneficial to knowledge sharing in school-enterprise cooperation; cultivate knowledge absorption and application capability to enhance learning ability of knowledge sharing in school-enterprise cooperation.
