Research On The Function Mechanism Between Features Of School-enterprise Cooperation Innovation Network And Performance Of Knowledge Transfer

Life of technology innovation cycle is getting shorter and the changes in technology are emerging non-continuous, it’s opportunities and challenges for ente-rprises. However, enterprises have limited resources of themselves, it is difficult to meet the demand for resources in technical innovation, so accessing a variety of innovative resources from the outside world has become an important way of business development.Therefore, cooperating with universities to establish a highly efficient network of university-enterprise cooperation and innovation is very useful of complementary and sharing the resources of each of the parties to the advantage of knowledge, it is one of the most effective ways to enhance the core competitiveness of the enterprises. In the process of access to external knowledge capital, knowledge transfer capabilities play an important role in the implementation of enterprises’ technological innovation. The results of previous scholars’ research show that the efficiency of knowledge transfer in innovation networks to a large extent is impacted by network characteristics, but network characteristics of the mechanisms of knowledge transfer performance has not been proven. Therefore, focusing on mechanism of school-enterprise cooperation and innovation network characteristics and performance of knowledge transfer has important theoretical and practical significance.On the basis of extensive literature research, this article confirms the function of the learning ability of the enterprise organization, potential absorptive capacity between the network characteristics of school-enterprise cooperation and innovation and knowledge transfer performance, and builds a conceptual model of mediating variables of organizational learning and adjusting variable of potential absorptive capacity. Through the evidence research of enterprises in Henan Provence, the assumptions between the variables in this study have been tested and verified, and impact mechanism of the network of school-enterprise cooperation and innovation to the performance of knowledge transfer have been revealed. The conclusions reached in this article are the following:(1) School-enterprise cooperation and innovation network is the important relationship way of innovation and knowledge resources from external, different structures and relationships characteristic dimension of the network of school-enterpr-ise cooperation and innovation has different effects on the performance of knowledge transfer.(2) School-enterprise cooperation and innovation networks have a significant positive effect on performance of knowledge transfer and enterprise organizations’ ability to learn plays a partial mediating role in the whole process of knowledge transfer.(3) Potential absorptive capacity plays some regulatory role in the impact process of organizational learning to knowledge transfer performance.The conclusions of this paper play a guiding role for our businesses to use the network of school-enterprise cooperation and innovation, to enhance their organizational learning capabilities and potential absorptive capacity, and successful transfer of effective knowledge resources to improve the innovation efficiency.
