Case Study On Investment Attraction Soft Environment Building In Jinzhou New Area

Though social economy is developing rapidly, attracting investment remains the main method for developing local economy which governments attach great importance to. Investment attraction competition is getting more and more intense. It is a competition over environment whose focus has transferred from hard environment to soft environment. Carrying forward investment attraction soft environment building plays an incomparable role in optimizing developing environment, enlarging investment attraction and improving overall competitiveness.Optimizing investment attraction soft environment is of great importance to local economy. Academia and theorists at home and abroad have researched on this and given suggestions. However, as state of development varies from area to area, in order for this research to be practical, this paper takes Jinzhou new area for example and has an in-depth research on and analysis of a typical case of investment attraction soft environment building in Jinzhou new area. Then this paper puts forward a specific solution for this case and gives suggestions.This paper is divided into four parts, following the steps of putting forward problems, analyzing problems and solving problems. The first chapter is introduction, mainly introducing research background and significance, overview of research at home and abroad and research methods. The second chapter is case background, introducing basic information of case. The third chapter is case analysis, a key chapter of this paper. This chapter has a deep case study by theoretically analyzing its advantages and problems. The fourth chapter is about suggestions. This chapter puts forward suggestions through case study for local governments to refer to when making decisions. This paper mainly adopts the methods of documentary research and case study and analysis. By studying writings of famous Chinese and foreign scholars and core journals, this paper has an empirical analysis of the current status of the investment attraction soft environment in Jinzhou new area, achieves theory sublimation and puts forward suggestions. Based on the typical case analysis, the paper considers that the government plays an important role in the soft environment of investment-inviting. Soft environment factors are crucial, such as good investment management system, industrial environment, policy environment, and government environment, which can effectively promote local government to improve investment environment and boost local economic development.
