The Research On Mechanism Of Interests Creating And Sharing In The Enterprise Technology Alliance

With the ever-accelerating speed of technological development and technological innovation, technological innovation has become an important factor to promote enterprise development, so the enterprises increasingly focus on technological innovation and R&D of science and technology. However, individual enterprise has limited ability to innovate, therefore it is a wise choice for enterprise that they cooperate with each other to form a technology alliance to make a collaborative innovation.Once established enterprise technology alliance, we must continue to carry out the coordination of the alliance and members’incentive, so as to make the alliance running more smoothly. In this process, The distribution of benefits of the alliance members is the core issue related to the long-term development of alliance. Only to master the mechanism of generation and distribution for the benefit of the technology alliance and build reasonable and effective distribution of benefit, enterprise technology alliance can be efficient and operates healthy.Based on in-depth analyzing the benefit creation and analysis mechanism of the enterprise technology alliance, this paper improve Shapley value method necessarily and appropriately. As alliance members’contribution value, we take full account of factors such as cost, risk, innovation ability and negotiate ability, then structure the distribution model of the technology alliance benefit to achieve a more rational distribution mode of benefit. Improved distribution mode of benefit can make the distribution of the alliance benefit to consider more comprehensive, more equitable and public, with the result that the alliance members trust and cooperate with each other must be improved. Moreover, the alliance can operated more and more smoothly, also form a virtuous circle. And it’s a strong guarantee for alliance to create value.
