Housing provident fundloans after20years of development and reform, with its low deposit and low loan-advantage ofcommercial lending banks jointly build China’s housing finance system, and played an active role inhelping the majority of our employees’ families to solve the housing problem.Shanxi housing accumulation fund as early as1992on the establishment of housingaccumulation fund system, provides a strong basis for the healthy development of the province’sprovident fund. Despite the housing provident fund loans over the years have been fullyutilized, but there are still a low rate personal loans and loans overdue rate and development isuneven and many other issues. These problems are mainly caused due to the low coverage andhousing provident fund loans cumbersome procedures. Therefore, we should start from the perfectprovident fund system, strengthen the development of the provident fund loans and strengthen riskof provident fund loans, Shanxi Province, in order to continuously improve the housingaccumulation fund use efficiency, and reduce the risk of provident fund loans.
