Human resource is the most active and dynamic factor of the enterprise, theemployee’s job performance directly affects the performance of the entireenterprise.Studies have shown that organizational commitment has a significant effect onperformance,as the bridge between organization and employees, employee’s commitmentto the supervisor will be more directly affect the employee’s work efficiency andquality,and ultimately affects the enterprise’s survival and development.With thecompetition and uncertainty of domestic market enhancing,managers want employees toundertake more responsibility, can take more initiative、positive working behaviors andself-management to improve performance. So this is very necessary to research thecorrelation of supervisory commitment、proactive behavior and job performance. Throughthis research, it can help enterprises understand the employee’s supervisor commitment andproactive behaviors,cultivate the sense of loyalty to supervisor and enhancing the overallperformance.Currently, the relationship of supervisor commitment、proactive behaviors and jobperformance is always the focus of scholars at home and abroad and has obtained certainconclusion, but localization research of it is at the early stage in China. By reviewing thetheory about supervisor commitment、proactive behavior and job performance,this studyfinds that supervisor commitment、proactive behavior all have an effect on employee’s jobperformance,but the discuss about the relationship between supervisor commitment andproactive behavior、especially proactive behavior can act as the inter vening variablebetween supervisor commitment and job performance is value to be research.Therefore,this study establishs the relationship model of the three variables.By referencing to maturemeasurement scale of researchers, using the soft of SPSS19.0to analyse data for differenceanalysis, correlation analysis and regression analysis, get the main conclusions,asfollows:under chinese context, supervisor commitment、proactive behavior all have asignificant positive effect on employee’s job performance; supervisor commitment has asignificant positive effect on proactive behavior;Meanwhile,the conclusion is proved thatproactive behavior can act as the intervening variable between supervisor commitment andjob performance.According to the empirical results,this research puts forward somesuggestions for management practices. This research’s innovation include: proves the relationship of supervisorcommitment、proactive behavior and job performance,then proves the relationship ofsupervisor commitments and proactive behavior、the intermediary role of proactivebehavior, but there are some deficiencies in the research process andmany problems to befurther discussed in this area,such as the dimensions、antecedents of the supervisorcommitment and proactive behavior.
