The research on organizational commitment has come to an agreement, including its definition, dimensions,and the impact on outcome variable. However, recently, scholars have pointed out that as the staffs in the organization,their object of commitment can be multiple,namely, colleagues, senior leaders, and subordinates.No wonder Meyer,the the founder of the classic scale of organizational commitment, has acknowledged that traditional scale need to infuse cross-cultural perspective.Noticeably, in top human reasource journal, research with "China" characteristic appeared gradually. In foreign scholars opinion, even if the most traditional organizational behavior variables, in China,there need to conduct new research because the ways Chinese view their organization, and some of the behavior motivation, may exist subtle differences compare with the west. So some very interesting question have produced,such as the Chinese are committed to his boss, or an organization? Organization values and face, which are much more representative of the employee organization commitment? Is organizational citizen behavior completely spontaneous in China? What kinds of path relationship exits between supervisory commitment, organization commitment and individual behavior?This paper is to conduct research on some behavior concept with "China" characteristic, which means to analyze the relationship between supervisory commitment, organization commitment and individual behavior using the structural equation and regression model in order to bring new perspective into traditional behavioral variables.Firstly, give a briefly reviews of the supervisory commitment, organization commitment and compulsory citizenship behavior basing on literature. Finding that there are more and more scholars, domestic and overseas, paying attention to the research on supervisory commitrment.Meanwhile,few scholars has measured organization commitment with scale of chinese characteristic.Besides,though foreign scholars has pay attention to the concept of compulsory citizenship behavior,there is few relevant literature review in China.Secondly,give a brief review of the related literature,basing on which propose research hypotheses.Thirdly,conduct questionnaires through social network, and get105valid response.And then,conducting statistical data concerning principal component analysis, reliability analysis, stepwise regression analysis, path analysis using SPSS and Amos.Based on the analysis above, this paper come to conclusions:1) There is negative correlation exist between supervisory commitment and compulsory citizenship behavior.2) There is negative correlation exist between organization commitment and compulsory citizenship behavior.3) The impact of supervisory commitment exert on compulsory citizenship behavior is great than that of organization commitment.4) There is positive correlation exist between supervisory commitment and organization commitment.5) The organization commitment play a part mediation role between supervisory commitment and compulsory citizenship behavior6) Age, length of service,kinds of corporation and education background show great influence to the concepts I research.At last, give some management proposal basing on the conclusion above, hoping to trigger more research on the complicated interpersonal relationship and social exchange relationship under Chinese context.
