With the Internet technology applications,we are aware of the technology workers is an important force to change.And they are the static concept of talent,but how to increase these skills of the talent into high-quality products and services,you need to activate the talent active behavior.Based on the demand of talent development in enterprise,this paper studies the mechanism and influencing factors that affect the proactive behavior of employees.The supervisory commitment is used as the former variable,and the autonomous-controlled motivation is used as the mediator variable.One of the innovations of this paper is to pay attention to the supervisory commitment.It analyzes the path how the variable of supervisory commitment act on proactive behavior and stimulate employees' proactive behavior.The author thinks that in China's culture,exploring the mechanism how supervisory commitment act on the proactive behavior will become more meaningful.This paper selected employees with different types as survey group.A questionnaire was sent through the network and paper form,and 321 valid questionnaires were collected.The reliability and validity of each questionnaire were analyzed by SPSS 16.0.At the same time,the dimension of each variable's related analysis and the hierarchical regression analysis are carried out.In order to ensure that these three scales are suitable for this study,the author of this paper had done exploratory factor analysis for each scale,get the following conclusions.The supervisory commitment has a positive predictive effect on the autonomous motivation and the controlled motivation.Meanwhile,the supervisory commitment has a positive predictive effect on the proactive behavior.Lastly,the autonomous-controlled motivation has a positive predictive effect on the proactive behavior and mediates the supervisory commitment and proactive behavior.Finally,this paper has formulated the measures of human resource management to stimulate individual activity and the vitality of the organization.
