With the arrival of the economic globalization, market economy competitionincreasingly fierce for talent. More and more enterprises begin to pay attention to stafftraining and management. The training of human resources has gradually become animportant part of enterprise management. Currently China’s enterprises are at adisadvantage in competition of the international market, especially for Chinesefinancial enterprises, which face live of death. Therefore, talents become veryimportant. In the context of this era, this article bases on the basic theories of modernhuman resource training, sums up the human training problems of Bank of ChinaNantong branch, with methods of SWOT, survey method and other methods. Then itsuggests that we should adhere to the people-oriented principle, principle of meet theenterprise strategy, principle of combination of general training and special training,principle of combination of knowledge and skill training and moral training, principleof combination of feasibility, coordinate and efficiency, and to improve the ongoingsystem from training plan, training implementation, training evaluation, trainingguarantee, etc, then perfect the human resource training system of Bank of ChinaNantong branch.
