Along with our country banking easier access, market-oriented interest rate reform and the booming of Internet finance, the development of the traditional banking competition pressure increasing, profit growth is slowing. As a result, Banks layout in the county "blue ocean market", looking for new profit growth space. In the context of increasing competition, the original county sub branch of state-owned banks, which is dominant in the county market, has been greatly challenged and seriously affected by the poor overall quality of the staff. Therefore, employee training and capacity development is particularly important. This study to the ABC of DZ county branch as the research object, combining with the current situation of the development of the bank and the county to build the strategic goal of talent demand, in-depth research and analysis how to optimize the training work, design the system of staff training.In the present situation and problem analysis, combined with domestic and international main training theory designed the questionnaire and interview outline employees, through the investigation and analysis found that the bank staff training work is fragmented system, there are not closely the training and development planning, training, lack of initiative and forward-looking, did not establish the perfect training system, training problems such as lack of demand analysis and effect evaluation.In the training system optimization design,combining the theory of training and the strategic development plan of DZ county branch to make the bank’s training work planning, optimization design the bank staff training system. The training system consists of management system, teacher training system and training process system. According to the training management system, this paper constructs the party planning, human resources department, organization departments to coordinate the implementation of the framework.Training teachers’ curriculum system, designed by internal selection, supervisor support, external employment of three channels personnel teachers, by post professional course, fully integrated curriculum, middle-aged employees, prospective course curriculum system. Training process system optimization, demand analysis put forward to use methods such as questionnaire, interview comprehensive analysis; Training plan formulation and implementation focuses on the training before, during and after the implementation of the details, designed the practical work table, ensure training work orderly; Training effect evaluation link is proposed from four aspects to the comprehensive analysis, avoid using reaction layer, learning assessment result in comprehensive evaluation problem. For the fall to the ground and implementation of the training system is proposed in this paper to strengthen management, to set up training system and enterprise culture, increase resources into five security measures, such as, strengthening the incentive mechanism in order to develop training, promoting the comprehensive qualities of the staff, to promote its strategic goals.
