The abolition of restrictions on foreign banks after China’s accession to the WTO has created a suitable environment for internet economy in recent years. Chinese state-owned commercial banks have to suffer great impacts and challenges. Facing these challenges, state-owned commercial banks have to improve their competitiveness where the key is the competition of enterprise talents. However, when the foreign-funded banks and non state-owned commercial banks for the first time in a certain area, often accompanied by the state-owned commercial bank outstanding business backbone, tube personnel loss, the loss of talented people tend to with the loss of high-quality customers and business, Therefore, The state-owned commercial banks shall establish a "People-Oriented, Human to Win" strategy, attaching importance to the role and enhance understanding of human resource management, the efficiency of human resources management in state-owned commercial banks can be fully utilized, to enhance the competitiveness of state-owned commercial banks.In view of the above problems, this paper takes A branch of Bank of China as an example.
