Since the 21st century,along with the internationalization of Chinese financial market,competition among banks becomes increasingly fierce.As the core competence of banks,human resource is becoming more and more important.As a key factor in the survival of banks,human resource has become the most important resource in the internal reformation and external development.Therefore,how to carry out human resource management effectively,or how to maximize the role of human resource has been the primary problem to solve.As an important part of human resource management,training has a direct impact on the level of human resource management,so it is necessary to pay attention to training at a strategic perspective.Banks hope that human resource training can improve staff quality and ability to serve the bank,and make a great value.The paper is concerned with LN branch of Agricultural Bank of China,and the research content is human resource training system of LN branch,this paper finds out the existing problems in the human resource training system through the methods of literature review,questionnaire investigation and interviews.Combining with the human resource training theory,the training system is designed to meet the needs of human resource sustainable development of LN branch from the following five aspects:training requirement analysis,plan formulation,training implementation,result evaluation and logistic support.Then it can realize the combination bank development with the staff career planning,improve the market competitiveness of LN branch.
