The research staffs play important roles in the private high-tech enterprises in China from initiative innovation to final marketing success. For better development, enterprises should encourage their research staffs in the whole operational process of business. In this paper, some opinions about how to perfect equity incentive mechanism of research staffs were presented, that is, market economic environment, private high-tech enterprises themselves, and correlative law and code.Firstly, we make a review and generalization of research achievements of scholars abroad and inside. On this basis, connecting with our current pilot situation of equity incentive mechanism in several self-independent innovative comprehensive experimental zones, we summarize the influence factors of the implementation of equity incentive mechanism in private high-tech enterprises in WuHe County. Furthermore, XL Technology Company is taken as a case to study the implementation of equity incentive mechanism in practice. Finally, relevant policy suggestions of improving equity incentive mechanism in WuHe County are proposed. Main conclusions of this paper are listed as follows.1、Equity incentive as a long-term incentive way in modern enterprise management, has been widely adopted in many foreign countries. Since the equity incentive as an effective motivation way introduced into China, it has been well developed, and has been used as a powerful driving force to push the enterprises; development.2、Whether the enterprise to adopt equity incentive for the research staffs depends on equity convenience of operation, staffs incentive effect between the fairness, the strength and whether can retain employees. And most enterprises; operators and owners show that they would like to implement equity incentive when there are some successful examples to follow.3、Equity incentive as a enterprise long-term incentive way, has been proved to be an effective way to increase their research staffs enthusiasm of effective measures. But in the process of implementing would added other incentive mode supplement each other, choosed different incentive mode based on different populations and different time.4、There has not complete in view of the private high-tech enterprise of equity incentive measures for the administration in our country, thus it is necessary to further expand the scope of the equity incentive, regulating the management of equity incentive measures.5、In our country, the adoption of the equity incentive is not balanced. In the developed areas and state-owned enterprises and listed companies, for the senior executives, equity incentive are more adopted, but in the less developed areas and the private enterprise, especially the private high-tech enterprises, the equity incentive to research staffs is not common, which need formulate the unification policy.6、In WuHe County, the research staffs of private high-tech enterprise has not well understand the motivation ways of equity incentive, and has not high expectation to get to the equity incentive, need the local and enterprise further intensify guide and propaganda, furthermore, need the local government give the implementation of equity incentive enterprise to policy encourages.7、In WuHe County, the equity incentive to the research staffs in some private high-tech enterprise are not well standard, the influence are not strong enough, which need the local publish relevant provisions to regulate and promote.8、Now, WuHe County is a number of He-Wu-Beng Self-independent Innovative Comprehensive Experimental Zones, the equity incentive has had a good try, furthermore, it also need to build private high-tech enterprise survival and the development of good environment, extended enterprise life cycle, to makes the enterprise research staffs to the expected equity form expectations.This paper is divided into six parts:The first part is the introduction. Introduced the background、the purpose、the meaning、the train of thought and the method of research.The second part is theoretical review. Based on the theory of equity incentive describes and analyzes, and sum up domestic development of equity incentive, find the weak link of the study. The third part is the analysis of the current situation in China. Defined high-tech enterprises and research staffs, and then compare present situation of several independent innovation, find the shortages and reasons.The fourth part is the analysis of the current situation of the equity incentive to the research staff in the WuHe private high-tech enterprises. The company managers and the research staff were respectively answered the questionnaires in the two groups, to understanding the background and the satisfaction of the implementation of equity incentive, according the investigation, the status and some influencing factors of the equity incentive to the research staff in the WuHe private high-tech enterprises are discussed, some improving policy measurements are recommended.The fifth part is case analysis. Through the analysis of AnHui XL technology companies plan, discusses the private high-tech enterprise of equity incentive design advantages, shortcomings and improvement suggestion.The sixth part is the conclusion and prospect. The main conclusions are summed up, and the future research direction is prospected.
