The Applied Research In Project Management Of Software Company Based On CMMII

With the rapid development of the software industry, small and medium-sized software companies are facing major challenges. In order to cope with the complicated situation in the current enterprise economic development, they must reduce the cost of business operations through effective quality management of software, in addition to the support of national policy.The paper analyses the present situation that the lack of project management level and low operational efficiency in small and medium-sized software enterprises, and introduces some theories including project management, software project management and the concept of CMMI. To deal with the outstanding problems existing, the paper intends to find a solution aim at software company’s disadvantages with CMMI theory and basic project management concepts.Finally, the paper gives the cases of project with CMMI to make an authentic proof analysis. Showing the superiority of CMMI model, deficiency in practice and advice related.
