Research On Key Techniques Of Business Process Management

How to improve the efficiency of business process, it is necessary for many enterprises to need to think. In order to improve the efficiency of business process and enhance the proportion of value-added operation, it needs to implement business process management. How to make the processes of ambiguity become clear, existing processes get reasonable, the reasonable processes can be optimized, and the optimized processes can be executed efficiently, these all need to be solved urgently. The research on Key Techniques of Business Process Management is taken as follows:Firstly, analyzed the current research situation of BPM at home and abroad, described the basic concepts and main content of BPM, proposed life cycle theory on BPM and summarized the key techniques of the various stages.Secondly, on the analysis of the process management critical success factors, clarified the process analysis and rearrangement techniques ,such as 5W2H method ,fishbone analysis ,time motion analysis and business flow chart etc, then proposed a qualitative and quantitative identification technique of"key business process selection based on AHP and TOPSIS model". At last, by means of an empirical example,the model was successfully used for making a decision of key business process selection,so the feasibility of the method and model was demonstrated.Then, according to the principles and steps of process optimization, using the optimization method of ESRIA and follow the SDCA cycle theory, proposed a qualitative and quantitative optimization technique of"key business process optimization based on ABCM-CPM-Petri model". Then ExSpect software is used to simulate the optimization model, after getting the simulation results and comparison between the original and the optimized processes, it was simulated the optimized process with ExSpect software again to prove the efficiency of the measures mentioned ,it was eventually proved to be feasible by re-simulation.Finally, to evaluate the effect of process optimization, a new comprehensive evaluation method and a set of business processes evaluation index system is proposed, and established a model for comprehensive performance evaluation of key process which Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation principal was applied. In addition, the process maturity model of MCASI was proposed and a support system for continuous improvement was established. From this, this article's research has certain significance both in theory and reality.
