The Standard And Payment Of Endowment Insurance For Enterprise Employees In Anhui

Endowment insurance, as the core of the social security system, has caught great attention both from the government and common people. In recent years, a main factor that affects social harmony and stability is the demand of enjoying endowment insurance made by the people. In1996, the system of basic endowment insurance for enterprise employees was built in Anhui province, and then in2012, urban and rural residents endowment insurance system was implemented in Anhui province. This is the first time in history that endowment insurance has been covered to all people. With the development of economy and society as well as the improvement of living standard, the payment of endowment insurance has increased and there are reasonable gap between different kinds of endowment insurance. With the implementation of Social Insurance Law, there are urgent demands to set up the mechanism of a regular raise in pension, and to realize the transfer of endowment insurance. Therefore the author tries to study of thse question to put forward opinions and suggestions.Focused on the endowment insurance for enterprise employees and based on the urban and rural residents endowment insurance system and the current retirement system in public institution, this paper analyses the development of the endowment insurance system and the payment in Anhui province. The analysis of the data from the province and three cities shows the diversity in the standard and payment of endowment insurance in Anhui, which is caused by the many factors such as the different endowment insurance systems. To solve the problem, the author puts forward that we should first the improve the endowment insurance system, especially for the calculation method of the payment. We should also integrate different endowment insurance system and develop a multi-level endowment insurance system.
