Study On New Rural Social Endowment Insurance System Of Jilin Province

Under the guidance of the comprehensive deepening reform,all aspects of people's lives have undergone tremendous changes,thus,social contradictions are increasingly prominent and become the focus of the moment.In order to adapt to the economic development of rural areas,more and more young people migrant to cities to study or work,so the rural population structure has undergone profound changes,a large number of left behind,Empty Nester has gradually become a common phenomenon deserving the attention of the society.The traditional pension model has not been able to adapt to the development of society,rural elderly as a marginalized vulnerable group.their impoverished life deserves more social attention.In this context,effective improvement of the rural elderly living standard and the establishment of social security system aw well as the implementation of the new rural social endowment insurance system will benefit the stability and development of the modern rural society.How to improve the level of social security for the elderly and optimize the rural health care policy has become an urgent problem.Jilin Province,located in the central region of three provinces in Northeast China,is one of the most important commodity grain bases in our country.As one of the major agricultural provinces,its production capacity is strong,and its economic development level is relatively backward.Agriculture is the pillar industry of Jilin province,and the rural population accounted for a higher proportion,with the country entering the aging population,the rural population aging has become increasingly prominent,the rural social endowment insurance system in rural areas is lagging behind and hence exerts negative impact on Future development.At present,rural residents still depend on their children or land renting for later life,but two problems occur,namely,migrant workers and rural family planning system which make their remaining life difficult.Therefore,this paper,based on the principle of Marx's theory,systematically combs how to solve the problem of rural pension.On the current practice,the systematic analysis of the new agricultural insurance in our province and existing implementation measures will improve the situation of Jilin Province and the new rural social pension insurance system security level makes a deep discussion and improvement of Jilin new rural endowment insurance system,to solve the problem of rural old-age pension,to guarantee the implementation of all aspects of development,promote the rural.
