Enterprise culture which is formed in certain social and economic conditions through the social practice, is the sum of the concept of value, occupation morality, behavior norm and criterion followed by all members. It is a kind of culture management model gradually formed in the growth and development of an enterprise. Value is the core of this mode which is formed in the integration of enterprise management and social cultureThe enterprise culture is divided into broad sense and narrow sense of corporate culture. The broad sense of corporate culture includes generalized enterprise material culture, social culture and spiritual culture, but the narrow sense of corporate culture covers only the spirit of enterprise culture. Starting from this point, the definition of enterprise culture is:in a certain social and historical environment, the sum of ideology, cultural form and value system formed by enterprise and its workers in the production and business operation and management activities. Enterprise culture can be divided into three different levels, namely the surface culture, media culture and deep culture. Surface culture is the external surface of the corporate culture; middle culture refers to the enterprise system culture; deep culture refers to the enterprise culture core. The core culture of the three levels is deep culture, commonly known as the spirit of enterprise, which plays a dominant role in determining the behavior of enterprise and workers. It is also the essence of enterprise culture which determines middle and deep culture.Nowadays, facing the reality of international political multi-polarization, the integration of the world economy, business globalization, network of information resources, resources integration and internationalization, we should study not only the comparative economy, but also the comparative culture, comparative study of Chinese culture and foreign culture, traditional culture and the realistic culture, psychology, organizational behavior, management, leadership, human resource management theory, for satisfying different needs of enterprise and all employees. Only in this way, we can ensure that the enterprise human resources management and the enterprise culture construction can organically fuses in together, and excellent talents take the position of leadership, which makes the employees work efficiently and ensure a harmonious development of the business environment.Enterprise culture is a branch of social culture, a part of the social culture, which belongs to sub-culture, is the soft power in enterprise development. The contemporary Chinese enterprises should not only learn foreign advanced management culture In order to enhance their core competitiveness of enterprises. Western management is consistent with western culture which differs from Chinese culture. Copying the western management model is unworkable. How can we effectively mix western management culture with local enterprise development and finally build our own enterprise culture.In order to solve the above problem, this paper starts from the origin, connotation and features of enterprise culture, and analyses the main content of enterprise culture, as well as the problems in the process of building enterprise culture of Chinese enterprises, then puts forward the ways to improve the construction of enterprise culture and how to carry out the innovation of enterprise culture.Conclusion:culture is composed of values and behavior of people. Wen is the people’s concept of value, namely the mission, vision, values and so on. Hua is produced by the long-term impact of the concept of behavior, habits. The construction of enterprise culture of Chinese enterprises still exist many misunderstandings, difficulties and problems. Many enterprises find it hard to form their own corporate culture or the enterprise culture is very short-lived. The domestic small and medium-sized enterprise is not taken seriously under the shadow and other large enterprises. It is important for small and medium-sized enterprises to build their own enterprise culture which helps them out of difficulties. Only in this way, they can arm themselves with advanced enterprise culture, to win a space in the struggle against big enterprises, and to make contribution for the country and social progress. The reason is that many enterprises don’t realize the importance of enterprise culture in enterprise development. The profit is the goal of enterprises, but definitely not the ultimate goal in my opinion. Enterprises should have the deeper pursuit. Only we connect the future of enterprise with a great social mission together, at the same time, using various means of corporate culture building, can we build enterprise culture to a new height?...
