The Study On The Problem Of Shanxi Undertaking Industrial Transfer

Industrial transfer is a kind of industry transfer phenomenon that conform to the comparativeadvantage changes, it has a very important role in promoting industrial innovation ability,improving the level of industry of science and technology and promoting the industrializationprocess of a region. Especially, industry transfer is the effective method to promote the optimizationand upgrading of industrial structure in underdeveloped areas. Shanxi, as a less developed provincein the central area of China, has been established for the “national resource-based economictransformation synthetical matched and reformed testing region” on December,2010,it is the firstwhole provin, comprehensive, systemic national grade synthetical matched and reformed testingregion. In order to complete the transformation nice and fast, the most effective way is undertakingthe industrial transfer from eastern developed area and other developed countries. This paper isabout the center that Shanxi undertake industrial transfer.On the basis of the formal theory of industrial transfer, this paper is make a analysis from threeangles, the present industrial structure of Shanxi, the ability to undertake industrial transfer ofShanxi and the utilization of domestic and foreign capital. And make a analysis about the industrychoose of Shanxi from two angles, the along gradient angle and inverse gradient angle. Finally,there are some policy suggestions to be put forward. Given the study of industrial transfer about aspecific underdeveloped areas is not enough, this paper hopes to play a practice guidance throughthe study.
