Research On The Measures Of Negative Effects Of Network Organization In China

With the development of society, the network organization has been attracted more and moreattention for its tremendous positive synergy effects. Although academic circles already have madegreat progress on network organization research, negative effects of network organization did notcaused enough concern in practice. When the network organization led to degenerations or failuresespecially, the enterprises had no capacities to deal with problems. Therefore, this paper tries to givesome suggestions to face negative effects of network organization in China.Based on the research of network organization theory and embeddedness theory, this paperwhich uses the analysis of relevant theories, mainly summarize the reasons of negative effects of thenetwork organization both at home and abroad by comparative study and case analysis; And withthe help of logical deduction by reasoning, we figure out the practical problems of negative effectsof network organization, including government, personal network and enterprise cooperation; At thesame time, by building the theoretical model and the index system, we use correlation analysis toacquire the connection of the six different negative effects of network organization.The main conclusions of this paper were drawn as following: by comparing different cases，weget conclusion about characteristics of negative effects of network organization from enterprisemanagement system, technology capacity, market environment, government policy and socialculture in China; And analyze influence of the government(government administrative intervention,laws and regulations, the public service), personal network(entrepreneur’s network, employeesinterpersonal network) and enterprise cooperation(regional cooperation, technical cooperation, theadverse impact of business cooperation) to negative effects of network organization; In addition, wesolve negative effects of network organization from the aspects of external environmentoptimization and internal environment improvement.The conclusions of this paper promote the development of research of negative effects ofnetwork organization in a degree, and help us to recognize reasons of negative effects of networkorganization; In addition, we fill the gap of the research in this academic area in China. Finally,these conclusions may provide theory basis for formulating principles and policies of governmentand management departments. Thus, the paper is practical significant for sustainable developmentin China.
