21st century, the human has fully entered the era of knowledge economy. Competition among enterprises, knowledge creation, utilization and value-added, rational allocation of resources, ultimately rely on the knowledge of the carrier. Management of knowledge workers become the focus of attention of today’s businesses. With the speed up the pace of modern life, increased competition in the workplace, our employees living in a society in transition often face a variety of difficulties and setbacks, especially knowledge workers. They are more likely to feel the frustration from the organizational level because the essential difference with the general staff.But China’s current the workplace encountered setbacks problem for knowledge workers less attention. The vast majority of companies are negligent in the management of staff frustration. However, the new concept for the adjustment of the industrial and social development urgently require corporate managers to strengthen research and attention to living in a large change in the knowledge workers psychological needs, psychological frustration and generate mechanisms. Therefore, exploring the inner needs of knowledge workers, reduce or eliminate the negative emotions of frustration, on the important topic of concern to become a modern enterprise.The object of this paper is the knowledge workers in China’s enterprises. Aimed at by the negative state of mind and behavioral responses in its workplace frustration and the source of frustration, to help reasonable and effective management strategies to reduce or eliminate the adverse consequences of knowledge workers frustrated negative behavioral responses to reduce resulting in unnecessary losses, improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the enterprises facing human resource management issues.Firstly, the paper by access to a large amount of literature on the concept of the knowledge worker, frustration theory and mechanism described Second, in-depth analysis of the characteristics of knowledge workers are different from the needs of employees, and on this basis, mining summed up the root causes of workplace frustration. Again, research knowledge workers workplace frustration negative state of mind and behavioral responses, initially built a model of negative patterns of behavior and incentives for enterprise knowledge workers frustrated. Then, the use of interviews, questionnaires and other methods to design an act of frustration and sources factor questionnaire, the questionnaire by SPSS17.0statistical software for data analysis and processing, to verify the initial model and ideas and make certain amendments. Finally, the root causes for knowledge workers setbacks practical management strategies and measures, from a business point of view, a way to cause the concern of the enterprise knowledge workers workplace frustration, some guidance for the lasting development of China’s enterprises and contributions.
