Our country is a large chemical products production and consumption country, with the rapid development of chemical industry, grain of chemicals through put also increases rapidly, but at present most of our country particles chemicals is still using the traditional bag packaging process, not only waste of resources but also bring serious impact to the environment. In addition, the development of circular economy is the theme of contemporary social development, and resource conservation and environment protection is inevitable requirement for enterprise and individual nations. Our country in the12th five-year plan put forward the policy of energy conservation and emissions reduction targets,"18th National Party Congress " clearly put forward in the report of promoting green development, the development cycle, low carbon development, form the spatial pattern of resource conservation and environmental protection, industrial structure, production mode, life style of strategic thought. So how to improve traditional particle chemical logistics mode to overcome the problem of many disadvantages in environmental protection and economic has great research value.Based on the above analysis, this paper combining the theory of green logistics, recycling economy and energy conservation and emissions reduction ideas to design and build a new type of particle chemical logistics model system framework, as the model system is a complex, nonlinear, dynamic multi-loop feedback, system, based on the chemical industry output value of the logistics industry, energy consumption and logistics environment dialectical relationship, is closely related to the social, economic, environmental, resource, technology and other factors, so this article simulates the system with the’dynamics mode, a quantitative solution of particle chemical logistics mode can improve the system energy conservation and emissions reduction effect, at the same time, combined with the empirical analysis to stand in the angle of the enterprise to calculate the logistics mode to save the logistics cost.At the end of the paper, we determine the environmental effects of the new particle chemicals logistics mode as well as economic effects,then make policy simulation and analysis the improved particle chemicals logistics model, from the effect of CO2emission reduction and energy conservation, and calculated the particle chemical logistics mode to the direction of future development in China and put forward corresponding suggestions.
