Evaluation Of Land Intensive Utilization Of Construction Projects In Suihua Economic And Technological Development Zone

With China's economic development entering the stage of rapid development,the development of industrial economy will inevitably increase the demand for land resources,but the supply of land is limited,and can not meet its development,resulting in increasingly tense man-land relationship.Therefore,how to make rational planning of land resources on the basis of limited land and make it sustainable development is particularly important.At present,the level of intensive land use in development zones,which play an important role in promoting national and local economic development,will not only affect the development of land in the region,but also hinder the economic development of development zones.Reducing the abuse of land resources and improving the utilization level of land resources are the requirements of the development of the times.In this paper,the industrial-led Suihua Economic and Technological Development Zone will be selected as the research object,and make an empirical study based on the relevant data of 15 typical enterprises in the main area and development direction area of Suihua Economic and Technological Development Zone,which is organized by Suihua Land and Resources Bureau and other departments.Firstly,this paper summarizes the connotation of intensive land use,the analysis and evaluation of the influencing factors of intensive land use,and gives a brief overview of the construction projects of Suihua Economic and Technological Development Zone.Then it analyses the current situation of land development and construction,and finds that there are low intensity of land use,limited expansion potential of the main area and intensive enterprise land use in the development zone.Secondly,based on the data of 15 typical enterprises in the main zone and the development direction zone of the development zone,the grey relational analysis method is used to analyze the correlation among the influencing factors of land intensive use.Then it analyses the influencing factors of land intensive use,and on the basis of the analysis of influencing factors,combines the current research and the actual situation of Suihua Economic Zone,establishes a set of land intensive use evaluation index system suitable for Suihua Economic Zone,and objectively calculates the weight value of evaluation index by using the method of entropy value,and then uses matter-element extension model to land evaluation index weight value.Finally,on the basis of comprehensive evaluation,some constructive suggestions on improving the level of intensive land use in Suihua Economic Zone are put forward,with a view to providing reference for improving the level of intensive land use in this region and even in similar development zones.
