In recent years,the process of urbanization is speeding and land expropriation has graduallyincreased. Those farmers who lose their lands become landless peasants.Because of China’s landexpropriation system and the social security system are not perfect.So it causes a part of farmerslose their lands which are regarded as their life security line. Undoubtedly,their life are at greatrisk and they are hard to get reemployed and their income has declined,adding to the endowmenttrouble.As farmers lose their lands, it causes the endowment trouble. It has become a hugepotential threat and a big problem of social harmonious development. The problem of how toprotect the elder security is related to the sustainable development of national and socialprosperity and stability. This article will depend on the actual condition of the landless peasantsendowment problem.It will analyze the elderly security model and point out the problems andreasons for its existence. We can get some enlightenment which conforms to national conditionof elderly security model on the basis of practice experience of every area in our country. Itpoints out that every area should depend on the concrete condition of their local one and analyzeeach respectively. In this way,we can build various levels and full coverage of elderly securitypatterns and further improve the elderly security system at the level of system.
