Study On Medium And Small-sized Circulation Enterprise Business Architecture Based On Business Process Optimization

Recent years, the information system has been universal and the effectiveness of the systemhas been developed with the development of the informatization. Recently, medium andsmall-sized circulation enterprise has turned into an industry group. On the same time, thecirculation industry is the nervous system of the market directed economy. The informatizationof the medium and small-sized circulation enterprise makes the management improve quickly.But the system is simple and the development of the informatization still remains on a low level.The simple system can not keep up with the development of the enterprise. With thedevelopment of the informatization, the business architecture based on the organizationalobjective will change the sale and service model. On the same time it will influence the businessmodel of the medium and small-sized circulation enterprise.This thesis describes the definition of the business architecture and business process andmedium and small-sized circulation enterprise business process optimization. Then the thesisstudies the business architecture of the medium and small-sized circulation enterprise based onthe business process optimization. The main contents are as follows:(1) The organization will be optimized based on the enterprise architecture and the goal ofthe organization. The problems existing in the organization are analyzed and the rightorganization architecture is put forward.(2) A medium and small-sized circulation enterprise is chosen as an example to analyze themedium and small-sized circulation enterprise business process and the problem existed in thebusiness process.(3) After business process being optimized, the business architecture of the medium andsmall-sized circulation enterprise is built using the tool.The thesis analyzes and optimizes the medium and small-sized circulation enterprisebusiness process based on the organization architecture, organization goal and business processand builds the medium and small-sized circulation enterprise business architecture model usingthe software tool named Rational System Architect.
