Transportation facilitation has an important role in international trade, because of the traffic construction not only can reduce the bilateral trade facilitation transport costs, but also improve the efficiency of bilateral trade, promote bilateral and multilateral trade growth. In September 2013, the " Silk Road Economic Belt " proposal put forward, the proposal will provide the foreign economic and trade development of China and central Asia with a new opportunity. Silk Road Economic Belt covers 3 billion people of Asian and European market, its range from the Baltic to the Pacific Ocean, from central Asia to the Indian Ocean and the Persian gulf, and push the request in the form of transport corridor along the Eurasian economic common development. However, central Asia oriented transport and port infrastructure construction is not perfect, the port customs clearance efficiency is low, with less transportation routes in central Asia. Therefore, how to promote China to Central Asia transport facilitation, is our problem to be solved. The thesis mainly includes five big aspects: the introduction, the present situation analysis, existing problems, empirical analysis, countermeasures and suggestions. This thesis first through the analysis of the status quo of China to central Asia transport facilitation. After current situation analysis, it is concluded that China faces the problems existing in the Central Asian transport facilitation. Then apply the empirical analysis, select the 2014-2015 Global Competitiveness Report about traffic facilitation indicators, using Analytic Hierarchy Process for each index weights, and come to China and central Asian transport facilitation level. Finally aimed at the existing problems and the empirical analysis result, put forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions. In this thesis, through the study found that China and central Asian countries in the aspect of transport facilitation construction compared with the developed countries are in the mid-range, especially the central Asian countries lower overall level of traffic facilitation. If China wants to play an important role in the “Silk Road Economic Belt” proposal, China need to take measurement from perspectives.
