Third party logistics industry is still at an early stage in China, In the process of companies which involved in the logistics industry transformed from traditional industry into new enterprises in the fierce competition, how to improve their management level and enhance the competitiveness of enterprises is an important strategy. Therefore, this article combined with the market situation at home and abroad, based on the perspective of ecological niche, used of the existing resources, develop the appropriate competition strategy to build new competitive advantages, this has great significance for the development of third-party logistics enterprises.Firstly, this paper reviewed the related research of the niche theory and niche theory, enterprise general strategy of competition and niche in the enterprise competition in domestic and foreign, and expounded the related theoretical foundation. This paper analysis of the environment of the third party logistics enterprise’s development internal and external, the logistics market macro to the micro environment, according to current situation of third-party logistics enterprise development and summarized of the defects in the current.Secondly, the article through the analysis of ecological dimension to the enterprise, discusses the enterprises survive in the occupation time, space, resource, and the importance of competence advantage, Through the general analysis of the ecological dimension, and according to the particularity of the third party logistics enterprises expounds the importance of the four factors of the third-party logistics enterprises competitive strategy choice. The paper reference the ecological theory of Lotka-voterra model analysis enterprise’s strategy choice in the competition. Concluded the new competition strategy under enterprises span in the presence of niche and the niche overlap, refinded other strategies for third party logistics by using the principle of the enterprise niche, value innovation and expand resources strategic.Finally, the article carried on the empirical analysis based on research conducted, Analyzed the status quo and the ecological dimension in LCL business of DeBang logistics company, combined with competition strategy has mentioned, which gives the suitable gravels logistics strategy for the development of the company.
