The Study On The Relationship Between Transformational Leadership And Team Effectiveness

Transformational leadership and team effectiveness in recent years are the domestic andforeign theoretical research hotspots. For the transformational leadership and teameffectiveness research has made some progress, the team leadership on team effectivenessstudy, based on some research results of transformational leadership on team efficiency isvery important significance. Based on the study of transformational leadership and teameffectiveness on the foundation of the relation, especially analyzes the interaction and teamleadership is produced in the process of team climate and team performance relationship.This research utilizes the Cronbach’s α model, Pearson correlation model and thestructural equation model, in view of the existing research the insufficiency, will be bothqualitative and quantitative research, the transformational leadership on team climate impactanalysis of a system, through a certain quantitative statistical analysis to objectively show thetransformational leadership on group atmosphere influence, then the team effect and action,and transformational leadership on organizational team human resource management providessuggestions for improve the organization, team effectiveness level to provide the theory basis.The main conclusions of this study are as follows:①There are significant correlationbetween the transformational leadership and the team effectiveness. Each dimension oftransformational leadership makes positive impact on team effectiveness which related degreeare differently.②The transformational leadership makes impact on the group atmosphere.③There are correlation between the group atmosphere and the team effectiveness. And thegroup atmosphere plays partly intermediary role in the relationship between thetransformational and the team effectiveness.
