China is the largest ceramic producer, thousands of years has been the global ceramic industry benchmarking, but now China’s ceramic market has emerged a lot of problems, the overall level is not high, in the world of ceramic products on the market position is backward. The famous master flooding, high-end brand miss, large output but the brand weak phenomenon in the domestic ceramics market highlights.Company A is a small ceramics producing daily-use ceramics trading company in Z city of our province, mainly in the retail, wholesale life of ceramic products, the decline in the economy after08years of the situation, gradually into the bottleneck period. By writing this article, aimed at achieving A’s transformation of marketing positioning, a simple daily ceramic wholesale and retail company into a sales design life concept of the ceramic company, will change the original sales simple products for sale a ceramic product life concept and join in inn solution. In this paper, using the PEST, five forces model, SWOT model and other tools, in-depth analysis of the A companies face internal and external environment, and the development trend of domestic and international ceramics market were summarized, in order to find marketing transformation of the development direction of A company. According to STP positioning process, A company’s marketing strategy is determined, and expounds on the brand and model of development. Through the marketing theory of4P model, the A company in the future development of the marketing strategy for the design, in order to execute the marketing strategy. Finally, the implementation and security strategy is discussed in this paper, to ensure the realization of marketing objectives.The innovation of this paper is:one is the ceramic and fast fashion ideas together, make ceramic products more in line with the current fashion trends, meet the people’s aesthetic concept. Two is the simple product sales into sales solution, solution selling consumer ceramic purchase, solution sales franchisee sales ceramics.
