As the social competition becomes more and more intense, and the environment inside and outside the enterprise becomes increasingly diverse and complex, enterprise managers are facing more pressures and challenges. In the process of response to these pressures and challenges, enterprise managers appear many psychological problems, job burnout is just one of the problems. Job burnout has negative influence onthe behavior of the individuals, so the studies on job burnout are drawing more attentions from all walks of life. At present our country research for job burnout focuses on teachers, nurses and other helpful industry, only a few researches focus on enterprise staff, but there is rarely research in the view of enterprise managers.Job burnout and organizational citizenship behavior both are the important factors that affect employees’behavior and performance, and enterprise managers’ work enthusiasm and organizational citizenship behavior will make more significant impact on the organization’s overall performance. In the current situation of research, few studies take enterprise managers as the research object, research the relationship between job burnout and organizational citizenship behavior, and discuss the relationship between each dimension in depth.This study takes enterprise managers as the research object, compares the job burnout situation of enterprise manager with different individual attributes, analyzes related factors affecting enterprise managers job burnout, and carries on the thorough discussion on the relationship between job burnout and organizational citizenship behavior. This study takes the methods of correlation analysis, regression analysis and some other methods to analyze the data, and draws the following conclusions:1. At present our country enterprise managers are in the situation of job burnout to some extent, emotional exhaustion is the most serious, the second is cynicism, diminished personal accomplishment is not so serious.2. Enterprise managers job burnout is affected by work overload, role stress and organizational limitations in different dimensionality and different degrees. Emotional exhaustion has positive relationship with role press and work overload; cynicism has positive relationship with role press and organizational limitations, has negative relationship with work overload; diminished personal accomplishment has negative relationship with organizational limitations.3. Regression analysis of job burnout to organizational citizenship behavior shows that there has negative relationship between the two variables, and job burnout is valid forecast variable of organizational citizenship behavior.4. Emotional exhaustion has negative relationship with altruism towards colleagues, identification with the company and interpersonal harmony; cynicism has negative relationship with the five dimensionalities; diminished personal accomplishment only has negative relationship with interpersonal harmony.5. Enterprise managers with different individual attributes have great difference on job burnout. Enterprise managers job burnout has great difference on sex, education background, age, marriage and years of working, but do not has difference on administrative levels.At last, according to the results, this paper puts forward rationalization proposal on how to ease managers job burnout and motivate managers to do more organizational citizenship behavior, and expect to reduce the level of managers job burnout and improve the level of managers organizational citizenship behavior.
