| In recent years, OCB has been a hot topic to scholars. The importance of OCB to employee performance and organizational citizenship behavior has through the test for empirical research and get the appropriate conclusions. Some scholars have found that the performance of individual employees will bring the overall organizational performance improvement, but in employees’view that the organizational citizenship behavior manifested compulsory citizenship behavior. Its presence makes emplyees to performance higher levels of Job burnout. This paper explores "Compulsory Citizenship Behavior effects Occupational burnout" from the perspective of the employees.We have an Idea with that hypothesize according to the route "Compulsory Citizenship Behavior effects Occupational burnout" after summing up the current literatures. We use prior investigation to modify the former questionnaire and building the formal questionnaire. At the end we collected 319 valid samples. We use the tools of spss17 to describe the statistic.The results show:(l)Compulsory citizenship behavior significantly affects Occupational-burnout,either its dimensions(emotional exhaustion, depersonalization); (2)Compulsory citizenship behavior positively affect employee’Job-Satisfaction, either its dimensions(self-fulfillment, job, manager satisfaction); (3) Job-Satisfaction positively affect employee’occupational burnout, so the dimensions of self-fulfillment and job do, neither manager satisfaction does; (4) Job-Satisfaction plays an intermediary role in the relationship between compulsory citizenship behavior and occupational burnout, specifically in self-fulfillment and job dimension; (5) the intermediate effect of the chinese traditionally in the process when compulsory citizenship behavior works upon occupational burnout is analyzed. The study found that Chinese traditionally serves as moderator variables in the above process isn’t successful.At last, we conclude our findings, research Innovations and put forward some suggestions for managers. |
