With the development of technology, the Internet is more and more popular, at the same time, the Internet has a more significant and far-reaching impact on the development of tourism. The Internet has changed the tourist information gathering and traveling forms. The tourist area network system improves the visibility of tourism. With the development of the network, the role of the evolution of tourism to the birth of a new tourist destination has become increasingly evident. Factors affecting the tourism area life cycle theory ignore the role of the Internet, the Internet and travel to research a particular point in time, lack of a systematic, holistic, longitudinal study. The paper attempts to explore the mechanism of action of the Internet in tourism evolved. Try to find out how the Internet media affect tourism evolved, and how other factors play a role thro ugh the Internet.Since this study is still in the exploratory stage, quantitative studies are difficult to achieve the depth of the purpose of the study. This article uses qualitative research methods. We select the typical case Wuyuan as the research object, through interviews, literature review and observation to collect the information required by the Institute, use tourist destination life cycle theory to interpret of the tourism area life cycle stages, and to find the impact of tourism to the evolution of other factors via the Internet.The study found that in Wuyuan tourism area life cycle evolution of the Internet as a new media, communication coterie communication and mass communication, and promote tourism destination from the exploration stage to participation stage; the early spread of the Internet to enhance the destination awareness at the same time tourists visiting the amount of increasing government intervention in tourism development has laid a market-based, and promote the rapid development of destination; entering the stage of development, the government propaganda advantage of the Internet as an interactive media, celebrity, event marketing, the spread is magnified. The research breakthrough discoveries simply treat the Internet as a marketing tool limitations views the Internet as the evolution of the factors that affect the tourist destination into the destination areas of evolutionary theory, deepen and complement the tourism area life cycle theory.Considering the subjective and objective factors, there are some limitations of the study. Such as contact the small number of tourists, the accuracy of the study is not high due to lack of research experience. It Points out the direction for future research.
