China's Economic Growth Effect Of Rationalization Of Industrial Structure Analysis

Since the reform and opening, China’s economy is in long-term state of rapid growth,GDP’s average annual growth rate is nearly9.8%. But this economic growth is built on topof the extensive economic growth mode of high input, high consumption, high pollution, Inthe current, economic globalization and regional is the context of the times, how to achievethe adjustment and upgrading of industrial structure, has become an important issue of allthe world. China’s industrial structure is far from reaching the level of rationalization, andtherefore, how to break through the current economic development mode, to realize thecoordinated development of the rationalization of industrial structure and economic growthare important issues that we currently facing.This paper constructed China’s industrial structure rationalization metrics on the basisof studying of the theory of industrial structure and economic growth. And analysis therationalization of the industrial structure in China with the data of China’s industrialstructure from1978to2011, then reached the conclusion that the development of China’sindustrial structure is gradually changing towards rationalization. By the Granger causalityanalysis of a causal relationship between the rationalization of China’s industrial structureand economic growth, come to that the rationalization of the industrial structure promoteChina’s economic growth and development. Finally this paper analysis the problemsexisting in the industrial structure of China according to the result of the research, and thengiven corresponding recommendations to improve the rationalization of the industrialstructure. The ultimate purpose of this paper is to provide some theoretical basis for thechanges of China’s industrial structure rationalization, and also to provide some referenceand guiding role of the country’s industrial structure changes and optimization.
