Based on the study of entrepreneurial psychological capital, entrepreneurialopportunity capability and entrepreneurial performance, this study not only structures anassumed model including entrepreneurial psychological capital, entrepreneurialopportunity capability and entrepreneurial performance, but also puts forward a hypothesisthat entrepreneurial opportunity capability acts a role of mediating effect betweenentrepreneurial psychological capital and entrepreneurial performance.By using entrepreneurial psychological capital scale from Gao Na (2011),entrepreneurial performance questionnaire from Zhang Yan&Zhang Jianqi (2012) andentrepreneurial opportunity capability questionnaire from Pang Lusheng (2010), a surveyis carried out, which got a total of339valid questionnaires. By using statistical analysistechniques, such as independent samples t-test, variance analysis, correlation analysis,regression analysis and structural equation modeling and so on, the basic hypothesizes areproved. The main conclusions are as follows:Firstly, different gender, age, education and position results in differententrepreneurial psychological capital and entrepreneurial opportunity capability, which issignificantly different. But there is no significant difference between differententrepreneurial experiences and entrepreneurial psychological capital.So is entrepreneurialopportunity capability.Secondly, there is significantly positive correlation between entrepreneurialpsychological capital and entrepreneurial performance, entrepreneurial psychologicalcapital and entrepreneurial opportunity capability, entrepreneurial opportunity capabilityand entrepreneurial performance, and entrepreneurial opportunity capability acts a fullymediating effect between entrepreneurial psychological capital and entrepreneurialperformance.Thirdly, the fit indices of the assumed model meet the standard and it fits to the data. Compared with the assumed model, the fit indices of modified model are better fit, and itfit well with the data.In a word, this study not only helps to explain entrepreneurial activity, understand theentrepreneurs’ thinking, enrich entrepreneurial theory research in psychological perspective,but also has great practical significance and value in improving the sustainablecompetitiveness. |
