Generally, it is very difficult or even impossible for human beings to process a lot of information with their brains alone in a complex decision-making problem with multiple objectives in order to make the optimal choice. Some experts hold that for decision-making problems in which slightly more options are available, human beings are able to deal with no more than four objectives. However, in practice, the number of objective functions of multi-objective decision-making problems are commonly equal to or over four, such as what this paper discusses. In commercial banks, the centralized distribution management of cash and important blank vouchers involves several objectives, and in order to find out the optimal solution on the premise of the realzation of several objectives, one must use scientific method. The reliable way to optimize Bank C’s centralized distribution management process of cash and blank vouchers should be as follows:first to analyze the relationship between the various elements of the problem, then to establish an appropriate mathematical model and to work out the optimal solution (set) with effective method. In response to the development needs and optimization and reorgnization of centralized distribution management system of cash and blank vouchers, Bank C must use scientific theories like multi-objective decision-making theory and business process management theory to fully analyse and discuss the problem, and combine the research rusults with practice, so that it will adapt to internal reform and market competition of commercial banks. In this process, Bank C must face the contradictions among the targets of optimal selections, namely that the improvement of a target may impair the benefit of another target, which is often said to be "the proceeds on one respect must casue lose on another."Therefore, the theme of multi-objective decision-making study on centralized distribution management of cash and blank vouchers is:based on judgments of importance and subjective preferences of centralized distribution management of decision makers of each part, namely each esctors of the bank and the partner escort company, Bank C should properly balance each objective by choosing the greater benefit or the slighter harm, so that to obtain a comprehensive goal on the premise of "optimal"solution (set), and then optimize business process. With an in-depth analysis of various elements of practical business, this paper establishes an idealized multi-objective decision-making model and does an empirical analysis of the simulation data, in order to scientificlly propose qualitative and quantitative basis for the optimization of business process for centralized distribution of cash and blank vouchers of Bank C and even all the commercial banks, on request of their needs of reform.
