Study On Influnce Of User Adoption Of NFC Based On UTAUT Model

NFC(Near Field Communication)has been widely used in mobile device with its new features of convienient and secure mobile payment and other function under the implement of technical standards and favorable external policy.with NFC-USIM,telecom operators could enable the users to make payment and take public transportation with their portable devices.The highly potential development of NFC for telecom operators making the promotion of user adoption critical in the upcoming generation.This paper firstly extracts the factors that influenced the user adoption through literature review of TAM model and UTAUT model,and adds two new factors,security and the creativity of a single user to establish a structural equation model,secondly this paper designs mutiple qustionaires for each factor to measure the influence to user adoption.and verify the assumptions brought up with the statistical result conducted by SPSS and AMOS,based on the results,this paper finally put forward some specific strategies to promote the user adoption for NFC,aiming to provide both theoretical and practical reference for telecom operators.
