Study On The Countermeasures For The Development Of Resources Exhausted City In The Transformation Of Jiaozuo City

Many exhausted coal resource cities in China are faced with transformation problems. The issues of transformation for resource-exhausted cities not only relate to the survival and development of the city itself, but also have an impact on the region and even the entire socioeconomic development of a nation. Jiaozuo, a resource-based city depending on coal, once has been one of the five high-quality anthracite coal bases for a long period in the last century in our country, and it has made significant contributions to the national economic construction. But at the same time, it has paid heavy cost, such as depletion of resources, environmental damage, and high pressure of employment and so on. These issues seriously restrict the sustainable development of the city. Jiaozuo is listed as one of the first twelve resource-exhausted cities approved by the State Council in March2008, and has began to quest for transformation of resource-exhausted cities. It is in the next5-10years that Jiaozuo should take advantage, realize transformation and accelerate the rise by itself. Our country expands domestic demands; implements ten industrial revitalization plans, accelerates the rise of central China and takes a series of policies, so that Jiaozuo is faced with a rare important opportunity.On the basis of investigation and study, the favorable factors through literature research, questionnaire survey and other methods of analysis, transformation and development of resource-exhausted city and problems in Jiaozuo Using questionnaires to understand the current situation of development and utilization of mineral resources in Jiaozuo city. Analyzed the methods used include the comparative.analysis method and system analysis method, according to the national economic and social development of Jiaozuo City, the demand for mineral resources of existing resources security, ore-forming geological conditions and prospecting resources security, exploration technology and method in research and development and introduction of new, important mineral prospecting breakthrough. This research mainly launches from four aspects. First, the introduction part; second, from the current situation of Jiaozuo city resources exhausted city, introduces the geographical location, resources and environment in Jiaozuo City, land and space status, analysis of the favorable factors in the transformation of the opportunities and challenges faced and the transformation of development; third, analyze the reason for the existence of the transformation and development of the problem; fourth, from set up the concept of sustainable development, improve the five aspects of social and livelihood, the development of circular economy, speed up the transformation of city function, improve the personnel policies, transformation and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions on the development of Jiaozuo resources exhausted city, in order to realize the smooth transition.
