Human resources management is the most important node in the modern enterprise management, and it is the weapon keeping enterprise survival in the fierce market competition, as an important part in the enterprise strategic management level, entrepreneurs attach great importance on it. As a non-public enterprise of private enterprises, because of its inherent reason, relationship between private enterprise managers and staff is a kind of employment relationship, employees can’t participate in the organization of economic activity of the private enterprise, leading to the private enterprise can’t effectively afford the staffs sense of belonging and self-actualization needs, in the long run will lead to staff and managers have the conflict, and ultimately the private enterprise staffs poor stability. The paper is based on the above facts, through deeply research to various problems of the relationship of the private enterprise staff employment, analyzing the reasons, searching for solutions.The author thinks that the private enterprise human resources management’s basic contradiction is between junior management methods and advanced human resources requirements, that causes three major contradictions of private enterprise employment relationship. This paper is around the three major contradictions’ performance in the private enterprise’s C-BONS employment relationship to carry on the analysis, find the reasons of three major contradictions, summarize the influence of the C-BONS enterprise daily business activities, and finally pointed out several solutions.The first chapter is mainly about why studying this subject, summarizes main contents, ideas and methods to study the topic, and some personal innovation;The second chapter mainly introduces the theory related to enterprise employment, including:the concept of employment relationship, function, the usage, the theory knowledge, etc. Studies the characteristics and main contradictions of private enterprise employment relationship, summarizes problems the private enterprise exposed in some aspects. Analyses the core problem of the three major contradictions, the embodiment, reasons, influence of C-BONS enterprise’s performance appraisal, salary setting and management, career management.The third chapter is mainly about C-BONS enterprise real case, countermeasures to solve the three major contradictions of employment relationship. Analyses the C-BONS enterprise’s three major contradictions:performance appraisal, salary setting and management, career management, and put forward corresponding solutions.Finally, it is a summary, the author thinks that the private enterprise human resources management should be under the guidance of theoretical knowledge, combined with the actual situation of the enterprise, creatively fish out suitable methods for enterprise’s development...
