Harmonious employment relations is the basic of building harmonious socialist society. According to the survey and inquiry of forty employers in Shijingshan District, the employment relations status of non-state-owned enterprises is worse than stated-owned enterprises. The present research on employment relations focused all their attention on theory level and translating foreign works into Chinese, it is difficult to find operational management practice. In order to building a series of management process of employment relations which easy to operate, we stand from the angle of enterprise managers, put non-state-owned enterprises as search object, under the guidance of putting people first and banding together of HRM and LR, classify workers as external partners, core knowledge employees, contract workers and internal partners. Due to every aspect of enterprise management can supplement each other, employment relations management is an important part of enterprise management system. According to analysis of influence factor of employment relations of non-state-owned enterprises, we select four management aspects which are tied to employees' interests and are easy to produce conflict. On the aspect of employment contracts, not only should we carry out law of employment contracts, but also we should manage through branding together of employment contracts and philosophy contracts. On the aspect of trade union, not only should we appeal to authorities to regulate labor policies, but should we adjust measures to local conditions and utilize the role of trade union to manage employees expediently. Cooperation of labor and capital is a creative way to settle labor problem, its leading form is participative management. When labor dispute happens, not only should we study and carry out Law of Mediation and Arbitration of Labor Disputes, what is more important is we resolve labor dispute interiorly and reduce labor dispute from its headstream. Not only this study put forward some new thought in above-mentioned aspects, but we also build a series of management process of every aspect of employment relations.
