Research On The Relationship Between Region Entrepreneurial Environment And Entrepreneurial Performance Of Scientific And Technological Enterprise

As a bridge for the transformation of scientific and technological achievements into real productive forces, entrepreneurial activity has increasingly become the important driving force of economic development. Since the1980s, the scientific and technological enterprises have been more and more important to economic and social development, also caused academic exploration of entrepreneurship of S&T enterprises. In the research on the influence factors of entrepreneurial performance, scholars referred that the entrepreneurial environment is an important influence factor of performance. But there are few in-depth research of the relationship between entrepreneurial environment and entrepreneurial performance. Therefore, the in-depth study of relationship between regional entrepreneurial environment and performance can provide theoretical reference for government decision-making.Based on the above research purpose, with the relationship between regional entrepreneurial environment and entrepreneurial performance as the research subject, and S&T enterprises as the research object, this paper put the specific regional entrepreneurial environment elements and entrepreneurial performance into one research framework, studying the inner mechanism.The chapter one of this paper defined the background, purpose, significance and the overall framework of the paper. The chapter two stated the summaries of regional entrepreneurial environment and entrepreneurial performance, and grasped the progress and deficiency of the existing researches, which defined the research question of this paper. The chapter three analyzed the research elements, and then studied the regional entrepreneurial environment from three dimensions, the policy system environment, entrepreneurial service environment and intellectual support environment. At the same time using survival performance, growth performance and innovation performance as the main indicators measure the entrepreneurial performance. Then this part also put forward research hypothesis and theoretical model. The chapter four verified this hypothesis with the dates of S&T enterprises in Anhui province, using methods of correlation and regression. The part fine put forward the conclusion and prospect, as well as the countermeasures and Suggestions.This main research conclusion shows that policy system environment, entrepreneurial service environment and intellectual support environment is related with the survival performance and growth performance. Intellectual support environment is related with the innovation performance. In the background of advocating the self-employment and innovation, this research brings the new idea for the government to promote S&T enterprises and provide suggestions to optimize the regional entrepreneurial environment in Anhui. It has positive effects on the creation, growth and innovation of S&T enterprises, and also has important practical significance to drive the growth of regional economic.
