Research On The Effect Of Entrepreneurial Environment On The SEM Performance

Entrepreneurial environment refers to the various factors that affect the system in the process of entrepreneurship. Enterprise’s survival and development opportunities, resources,and network needed originate from the environment. Entrepreneurial environment is good or bad directly affects the development of the entrepreneurial activity, the mature business environment has a higher efficiency of the allocation of resources, is advantageous to the enterprise overall ability of resource integration, and improve the success rate of entrepreneurship. Beijing, Tianjin, etc.There are large gaps when compared with developed areas,like Beijing and Tianjin.Therefore, further study of the relationship between entrepreneurship environment and the SEMs’ performance,optimize the entrepreneurial environment, promote business enterprise performance, is of great significance for improving regional economy in hebei province.The article studies the of entrepreneurship environment and entrepreneurial process related theory, based on the perspective of stakeholders in the business enterprise,introduces the entrepreneurial opportunities and entrepreneurial ability as intervening variables, put forward the research hypothesis, and takes the small and mid-sized enterprise in hebei province as the research object, using the structural equation model for entrepreneurship, entrepreneurial process and the fitting relationship between the path of the enterprise performance, to test assumptions.The research results show that the different dimension of entrepreneurial environment to the enterprise’s financial performance, growth,and innovation performance effect is different, the influence of different dimension of entrepreneurial environment based on the influence of entrepreneurial opportunities and entrepreneurial capacity and indirectly influence the effect of the enterprise performance is also different.Results presented in this paper for the government decision-making departments related to improve entrepreneurship environment, stimulate entrepreneurial opportunities, reduce business risk, improve the success rate of entrepreneurship to provide the reference, various universities can cultivate students’ innovative spirit and entrepreneurial ability to improve the success rate of entrepreneurship, the pioneering enterprises can enjoy preferential policies and loose entrepreneurial environment to improve business performance, entrepreneurial success.
