Since the21st century, with the development of economy, the traditional extensive management mode is gradually replaced by the modern intensive management mode, and gradually to the knowledge-based economy, innovation of enterprise development, talent in the core position in the enterprise competition is increasingly highlighted. More and more enterprise managers realize that in today’s knowledge-based enterprise’s competition is actually talent competition. Talent is no longer a simple sense of the organization, and became the relationship of human capital in the development of enterprises.The construction industry, with characteristics of huge investment, wild range and great number of personnel plays an important role in resolving the problem of national employment. In addition the production featured with tough working environment, highly intense jobs and numerous projects will inevitably increase complaints against the company then intensify the relationship. Most SME in growing period focus on production management, which pay less attention in co-worker relationship management leading to immature co-worker relationship management. Therefore, maintaining a good co-worker relationship and a mature co-worker relationship management are important factors which influent the construction industry of SME.This article is divided into seven parts, the first part is the research background which is introduced employee relationship changing and the important position in the enterprise development; The second part is reviewed and summarized the employee relations theory which provides the theoretical basis of this study; The third part introduced research significance and design. The fourth part is rational analysis of employee relationship management from the employee situation, the mode of management, employee job satisfaction, and employee training to culture construction. The employee relationship management is difficult, poor implementation of labor contract,"the family" mode of employee relationship management, the low employee job satisfaction, lack of culture construction; The fifth part, in view of the present situation and problems of the small and medium-sized construction enterprise employee relationship management; Sixth part, based on the above research to analysis of the case like Sichuan DX company, find out the problems in the aspect of employee relations and proposes the corresponding countermeasures and Suggestions. The seventh party is summarizing the full text and drawing the conclusion of this study.
