With the development of economic globalization,the competition among enterprises has become more and more intense.In the final analysis,this competition has become the completion of "people".Nowadays,staffs enterprises faced with are much more knowledgeable,informed and globalized.The key point of the management is to making strict regulations,and then focusing on the human nature,using "transposition thinking",treating employees kindly and handling personnel management smartly.The staff is the core strength of the enterprises and the unity of staffs directly affects the development of the enterprise.It's crucial on how to enhance the management skills in order to obtain the trust of staffs,keep staffs,train staffs and make the good use of staffs.Our country is constructing socialist harmonious society,which consists of harmonious family,harmonious enterprises,and harmonious community.In the process of urbanization and industrialization of China,the number of enterprises grows rapidly,so does the number of employees accordingly.Constructing harmonious enterprises is the important part of the social development,which needs all the corporate executives' hard work on harmonious staff relations.Construction industry is an important material production sector of the national economy,which is closely related to the development of the national economy and the better life for the resident.The management style of enterprises in this field has gradually become scientific,intensive and modern.As human resource management deepens,more and more enterprises realize that staffs are very crucial and establishing a good employee relationship is the most urgent task for enterprises.In the perspective of human resource,plain and rigid regulation is not enough.corporate executives should think for the staffs,fulfil them from the payment,welfare,working environment and spirit life.Win-win is the ultimate goal.However a lot of enterprises often neglect the importance of staff relations during their daily management.It would be naive to think enough payment is all they need to keep the staffs.Construction industries are labor intense industry,and the staff relations is much more complicated and important.At present,although domestic and foreign scholars on employee relations have made a lot of work,most of their work is from a theoretical perspective,which lacks of real case analysis between different industries.In view of this,the paper analyses the employee relations development of enterprise A which is a construction company.By seriously analyzing and researching in the following aspects,the paper tries to find the problem in the process of staff relations management in company A and the corresponding solutions.First of all,the paper discusses the necessity and urgency of this topic.Construction industries are labor intense industry.During the development,both the enterprise scale and the number of staffs will expand.However the employee turnover rate is always the unresolved problem.Therefore,it's very important to improve the staff relations in construction enterprises.Second,the paper reviews the relevant theories about staff relations management,which supports the following research.Third,by literature research,questionnaire survey and data analysis,the paper summarizes the current situation of company A's employee relationship management.This paper presents the main problems:human resources management regulations are not perfect;functions division of administrative department is disordered;the labor contract is less standard;labor dispute remains unresolved;lack of communication mechanism;The building of enterprise culture is formulaic,which couldn't provide a shared vision and value idea for the staffs.Fourth,the paper put forward solutions for the problems.One,an ambitious company should set up the people-oriented awareness,and improve the human resources management system.Two,reasonable and lawful labor relation management system is needed,which create harmonious working environment.Three,completing communication mechanism,improve the efficiency of communication and the execution of corporate regulations.Four,enhance corporate culture construction,improve the cohesive force of corporate staffs.By doing these things,enterprise can build the harmonious employee relationship,appeal and retain talent,enhance productivity,and finally lead to enterprise transformation and upgrading.
