With the progress of modern science and technology and the rapid development ofeconomy, people are facing the competition and environment in the increasingly fierce andcomplicated changes, too, more and more people realized that a man’s success not only relyon IQ, but rather the result of the integrated use of various ability. Then corresponding withIQ "emotional intelligence" was born, eq also called emotional intelligence, is a person formthe day after tomorrow, on emotion recognition of self and others and self and other emotionmanagement combined. Emotional intelligence of individuals within the team emotionalintelligence is final result of the integration, it reflects the team’s perception, evaluation,adjustment and express emotions information comprehensive ability. This ability to changethe interpersonal relationship, also make the team better able to adapt to working environment,and eventually play an active role on team performance. This paper based on the predecessors’research of scientific research, and discusses construct team emotional intelligence structure,secondly according to related literature data, analysis related dimensions in the compositionof the team emotional intelligence, as well as the related dimensions, the relationship betweenthe build team again relationship model of emotional intelligence and performance throughthe correlation analysis and regression analysis method to explore the relationship betweenthem.Based on the questionnaire survey, in Anhui province Wuwei high cable technologyresearch and development team of15samples, the questionnaire USES the individualemotional intelligence scale, team emotional intelligence scale and performance measurementscale. For recovery of the questionnaire reliability and validity analysis methods, such asanalysis, to study and put forward the hypothesis test that(1) High emotional intelligence can promote effectively the working performance ofascension, the positive correlation between them.(2)There is relationship between emotional intelligence of team and team performance.(3)The team there is relationship between leader emotional intelligence and teamperformance.(4)Team members, on average, there is no relationship between emotional intelligenceand team performance. (5) The team there is relationship between emotional integration ability and the teamperformance.Through the study and put forward the hypothesis, we can learn that the leader’semotional intelligence and ability plays a significant role in the performance of sexualrelations and emotional intelligence of leaders play an important role in the team, it is notonly the integration of the object, will indirectly influence the emotional intelligence of teammembers so that influence the final results. Although says the team emotional intelligence isnot the individual emotional intelligence of team members and simple, the discretion of theindividual emotional intelligence affect the discretion of the individual performance, teamperformance will be affected, so on to ensure that the enterprise’s performance is not affected,need to enterprise leaders want to raise the emotional intelligence of team members,establishing effective specification mechanism, form a team spirit in the team, improve teammembers’ emotional intelligence, so that members can work better, to improve jobperformance.The development trend of modern human resource management is changing from "work"to "ability", but this "ability" not technical, but also the mental and psychological level, butalso play a great power. Therefore, this research for the modern enterprise human resourcesmanagement has important practical significance: emotional intelligence can help break thetraditional thinking pattern, optimize enterprise resource integration, brings fresh forces forthe enterprise. This paper also put forward some methods for improving enterprise teamemotional intelligence for your reference.
