With the advent of the Internet plus era, cross-border integration became the mainstream of the era. Enterprises began to reshape the organization structure, and the temporary team has become the main form of business to achieve technology and product innovation. Improving temporary team creativity is one of the important ways to implement innovation driven strategy and gain competitive advantages. Exploring the impact factors of temporary team creativity can not only guide the management practice of temporary teams, but also stimulate the market vitality and social creativity, and provide the impetus for the national innovation driven development strategy.In the research of the relationship between emotional intelligence and creativity, trust,organizational culture as well as knowledge transfer, and the relationship between trust,organizational culture, knowledge transfer and creativity, the concept model of emotional intelligence on team creativity is constructed.This study introduced the swift trust And innovation culture from the perspective of the limitation of time and diversity of members i n a temporary team. Besides, regarding knowledge transfer as the intermediary, this paper also studies the interaction mechanism between the team emotional intelligence, rapid trust,knowledge transfer as well as team creativity and carries out an empirical research based on the sample of temporary teams in experimental simulation and the enterprises.This study shows the following results. Firstly,swift trust, knowledge transfer and innovation culture have an absolutely intermediary effect on the team creativity from the perspective of team emotional intelligence.Secondly, swift trust and innovation culture have a partial intermediary effect on knowledge transfer from the perspective of team emotional intelligence. Thirdly, knowledge transfer plays a partial intermediary role in the influence of rapid trust and innovation culture on team creativity. What’s more,innovation culture negatively affects the influence of swift trust on knowledge transfer, and swift trust negatively affects the influence of innovation culture on knowledge transfer, but the influence is not obvious.Based on the progress and limitations of present research, as a system study, this paper has a positive effect on promoting team emotional intelligence theory research and creative theory as well as expanding the empirical research of innovation culture and the adjustment mechanism of rapid trust. What’s more, the comparing of the team creativity improving roads also provides guidance for the management practice of temporary team.
