This study based on the size of linear components and parts,the size of the raw materialplank, preparing raw material technology of the solid wood furniture parts as the research object.Based on the matching relationships between the size of linear parts and the size of the solidwood plank. Paper mainly studied the highestoutturn rate technology and the highest productionefficiency technology for the different matchingrelationships, the influence of the differentvariable within each matching relationship to the outturn rate technology. This paper choose onesamplefrom each matching relationship’s parts, analyzed the relation between the differentproduction lot and the cost of different technologies. The main research results are as follows:(1).Established the classification of the parts that in accordance with thematchingrelationships between the size of parts and size of solid wood pank,divided the sampleof parts into8classes;(2).In this paper, through the calculation of the every technology outturn rate and the everytechnology production time, got the each matchingrelationship’s highest outturn rate technologyand the highest production efficiency technology;(3).The function relationship between the M1/M2’s parts length matching degree with everytechnological outturn rate was Y=NX+K.(formula1)In formula1Y is technological outturn rate,X is length matching degree.In formula1that was the relationship between length matching degree with the technologyA,B,C,D,N in0.763,0.6737,0.752,0.6324respectively,K in-0.1725,-0.1175,-0.1658,0.0191respectively;(4).In M3’s parts, when not limited the length matching degree and limited the width size,the function relationship between the multipleofthelongitudinal with the technological outturnrate was Y=Nln(X)+K,(formula2)In formula2Y is technological outturn degree,X is the multiple of longitudinal.In formula2that was the relationship between length matching degree with the technologyA,B/C,D,N in0.763,0.6737,0.752,0.6324respectively,K in-0.1725,-0.1175,-0.1658,0.0191respectively.(5).In M7/M8’s parts when the variable to the width/thicknessdirectionmultiples, thefunction relationship between the width/thickness direction multiples with the J technologicaloutturn rate was Y=-0.121X+0.6022(formula3)with the A/B/C technological outturn rate was Y=-0.076ln(X)+0.0994(formula4)with the D technological outturn rate was Y=-0.096ln(X)+0.1663(formula5) Informula3,formula4,formula5, Y is technological outturn rate,X is width/thicknessdirection multiples;(6).For the parts that the width or thickness within certain matching degree, this degreedecision to the highest outturn rate technology;(7).For all the matchingrelationalparts, this paper choose one samplefrom everymatchingrelationship’s parts, analyzed the relationship that based on the different sampleproduction lot between the different production lot and the cost of different technologies, got theequilibrium point between cost and production efficiency.
